We embark on a transformative journey, a sacred space where self-discovery and healing converge. Join us for an immersive experience, blending ancient healing modalities with modern practices. Explore mindfulness, energy balancing, and personalized techniques to foster well-being. Uncover the power within to heal, rejuvenate, and thrive. We are going to connect through visualization, storytelling, mindfulness, and movement. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and anything else you might need to feel comfortable for our hour together while we embrace the path to holistic wellness in this empowering and supportive workshop

June 4th at 6pm, Expressive Art Therapy Workshop, with Lisa Headings, FREE to attend with ticket purchase.

We will explore the theme of connections through an expressive arts lens. This is a beginner-friendly interactive workshop. You will be guided through a series of invitations to get creative using several different modalities. If you can move your body or make a mark on a page, you can do this! Materials will be provided. All you need to bring is a sense of curiosity and a willingness to explore connections. You will leave with a greater understanding of expressive arts therapy and with some insights into your own connections. Please note that this workshop is not a therapy workshop. Any questions regarding this workshop can be directed to the facilitator (Lisa@expressyourpath.com).
